Main provisions.
1. The User Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of purchase and order placement through the online store. The Buyer confirms his agreement with the terms and conditions established by these rules and this agreement.
2. The User Agreement, as well as information about the product presented in the online store, is a public offer, and the purchase of goods by the Buyer through the “shopping cart” is an agreement with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, automatic signing of the contract of the offer.
3. To the interaction between the Buyer and the online store apply the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine on retail sale and purchase, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
4. Online store katerinakvit.com reserves the right to make changes to these Rules and conditions with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5. Buyer can be any individual or legal entity, or organization engaged in entrepreneurial activity, able to timely accept and pay for the goods ordered by them in the order and on the terms and conditions established by this User Agreement, on the territory of all Ukraine.
6. This User Agreement shall be considered as published on the Website of the online store and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Product information.
1. The goods are presented on the Website of the online store through photo samples, and are the property of the online store.
2. Photo samples are an analog of the provided goods, and correspond to all the characteristics of the selected item.
3. Each photo sample is accompanied by individual text information: photo, video price, and detailed description of the product.
4. At the Buyer’s request, the online store manager can provide (by phone or e-mail) information confirming the quality of the goods, and certificates.
5. The price of the goods indicated on the Website of the online store can be changed with the corresponding NBU exchange rate, but not after the Buyer has purchased the goods through the “Buy” button.
Order of purchasing goods
1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Website of the online store. Each product can be ordered in any quantity without corresponding restrictions.
2. The Buyer can place an order in the following ways: made by contacting the phone number of the company or placed independently on the Website of the online store through the “Buy” button. Details of placing an order through the Site are described in the section “Delivery”.
3. After placing an order on the e-mail of the Buyer sends an official invoice, with confirmation of the order, indicating the names of the selected range of goods and the amount of the order, then the manager of the online store contacts the Buyer (by phone or e-mail) to obtain confirmation of the order and in the next 6 hours and the order is sent to the buyer.
4. In the absence of goods in stock in the online store the appropriate position will be indicated in the appropriate inscription “Out of stock”, or due to changes and currency fluctuations will be present in the following entry “Prices specify”.
5. The buyer has the right to make a pre-order for temporarily out-of-stock goods by making a prepayment in the order agreed with the manager of the online store. In the case of prepayment of goods, the order is processed only after the prepayment.
6. In the absence of goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
7. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before they are sent to the Buyer, having informed the online store in advance (by phone or e-mail).
Delivery and acceptance of goods
1. Delivery of the goods ordered in the online store, in the agreed quantity and assortment, is carried out by various delivery services throughout Ukraine, Novaya Pochta, Deliveri, and Ukrposhta.
2. Sending and delivery of the ordered goods is made in the terms agreed with the Buyer. Sending within 6 hours after receipt of the order.
3. The Buyer is obliged in the presence of the courier of the online store or delivery service representative to accept the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality, assortment, and completeness of the goods.
4. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is payment for the goods.
Payment for goods
1. Methods of payment for the goods are specified on the Site in the section “Payment and Delivery”. The order and terms of payment for the ordered goods are negotiated by the Buyer with the manager of the online store.
2. In the case of cashless payment, the Buyer makes 100% prepayment of the goods by transferring money to the current account or bank card of the online store.
3. In the case of cash on delivery, you check the goods, and only then do you pay for them. Increases the amount of your purchases by 2%+15 UAH.
4. The goods are paid only in the national currency of Ukraine, in hryvnias.
Return of goods
1. The buyer has the right to reject the goods after receipt within 14 days. The return of goods of proper quality is possible in the case of its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
2. The Buyer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality, which have individually defined properties if the said goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer purchasing them.
3. In case of the Buyer’s refusal to reject the goods, the online store returns to him the sum of money paid for the goods, minus the amount of expenses of the online store related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer and removal of the goods from the Buyer, no later than ten days from the date of the Buyer’s request.
Other
1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offered on the Site, to regulate access to purchase any goods, as well as to suspend or discontinue the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
